Skype for business

PROBLEM:

Skype is great for everyday people, but it can be even better for business, saving huge amounts of money and time. But Skype as a brand was more focused on consumers chatting to loved ones abroad. It needed to grow up and convince businesses Skype could be a reliable alternative to antiquated systems.

SOLUTION:

So we developed a sub-brand to Skype, governed by the strategy: ‘Actions Speak Louder’. Bringing tools like video to the foreground. Sharpening Skype's voice and visual language so it spoke more about new ways of getting business done with Skype.
